1. Acceptance of Terms
By using my website or hiring me, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site or my services.
2. Services
I offer graphic design, branding, and other creative services as outlined on the website or in your proposal. Specific project terms (timeline, scope, deliverables) will be agreed upon separately via contract or email.
3. Payments
Project pricing and payment terms will be clearly outlined before we begin. Payment is typically split into milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
You own the final deliverables created for you.
I reserve the right to showcase work in my portfolio and to clients.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, you agree to:
Provide necessary assets, access, and approvals on time
Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Projects:
Either party can cancel a project with written notice. If cancelled mid-project, you may be responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.
Products:
All products are printed on demand, so we can't accept any returns or exchange for the incorrect size ordered, colour choice, or change of mind.
Damages:
Posters: If your poster arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
T-shirts: If your t-shirt arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer a free reprint or refund.
Note: T-shirts are printed using DTG (direct-to-garment) methods. Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are normal and not considered defects.
You must email info@mpdcreativestudio.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
6. Customs or Import Fees
Products:
In some countries, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local authorities. We always aim to ship from the closest possible location to minimise this where possible.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use this site to distribute malware, spam, or infringe on any laws or rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any damages resulting from the use of my services beyond the scope of the project agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
